Well-being Facilitation
Mindfulness and compassion are key tools in regenerating our world. Ursula is a trained meditation teacher, and has been facilitating wellness workshops since 2017. At her core, she is a healer, creating spaces which allow others to transform. In brief, she works to reconnect people to nature and to each other, building community around her as she goes.
